You want to take care of yourself without giving up life’s little pleasures.
You look for foods that make you feel good, made with honest ingredients.
You believe food should bring people together, not leave anyone out.
And it saddens you when someone is left out at the table because they can’t share the same things as everyone else.
MY STORY IS YOUR STORY.

Half a lifetime ago, my health forced me to rethink the way I ate.
My health improved immediately; my life lost its joy.
And for someone who loves food, markets, and long meals shared around the table, that was no small thing.
Taking care of your health. Enjoying life. Sharing food without worry.
Did we really have to choose?
Reality told me yes; Everything inside me was screaming NO.
I told myself: there has to be a better way.
A way to take care of ourselves without living in a state of constant compromise.
Because food is part of our celebrations, our memories, and our daily lives.
And when something so important loses flavor, texture, or joy, life loses its color.
I’ve always had a soft spot for colour.
I had a challenge: to create products without gluten or dairy.
I had a conviction: nobody should be left out of the table.
And three temples: food markets, my kitchen and books.
Watching my figure? Yes. Taking care of my health? Definitely.
Enjoying life? EVERY DAY.
