Mix the dry ingredients:<\/strong> In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans and almond flour.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2. Preheat the oven:<\/strong> Preheat your oven to 160\u00b0C.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Add the wet ingredients:<\/span> Pour in the maple syrup, oil and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated. <\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Bake:<\/span> Spread the mixture evenly across a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press it down gently with a spoon or spatula to create an even layer. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.  <p>Every oven is different, so keep an eye on it during the final few minutes to achieve your preferred level of golden the last few minutes of baking so that they partially blend into the mixture.<\/li><li>Scatter chopped dark chocolate over the granola as soon as it comes out of the
