Half a lifetime ago, my health forced me to rethink the way I ate.<\/p>

My health improved immediately; my life lost all joy.<\/i><\/p>

And for someone who loves food, markets, and long meals shared around the table, that was no small thing.<\/p>

Looking after one’s health. Enjoying life. Sharing food without worry.<\/p>

Did we really have to choose?<\/p>
