If you find yourself wondering what seasonal produce is available in May, our new section: Milola’s seasonal pantry: what we’re buying this month is made just you. A seasonal shopping list to brighten your kitchen and feed your soul.  

In May the shopping cart fills with colour and flavours that announce the imminent arrival of summer. We start to oscillate towards lighter dishes and salads, and summer fruits start to take centre stage. A pantry full of fresh, seasonal produce is how we inspire ourselves to come up with recipes that can bring the best out of those ingredients
