Milola is 100% a gluten-free bakery. All of our cookies, muffins, brownies, blondies, and most of our cakes are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and made with whole grains such as sorghum, millet, teff, rice, buckwheat and almond meal.
All of our products are palm oil free, GMO free, and trans fats free. They’re all vegetarian, with vegan options.

HEALTHY INGREDIENTES
Our cuisine is based on a philosophy of “free from” & “plenty of” that gives us the balance we’ve always searched for: removing those ingredients that are not good for us, and adding a ton of nutrition with real and whole ingredients such as: oranges, carrots, raspberries, lemons, chia seeds, hazelnuts, coconut oil, almonds, lime, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger.

We live in a privileged area of the Mediterranean, due to its climate, the richness of its “terroir” and a culture of profound love for food and the moments shared around a table. We are surrounded by farmers that supply us with fresh and local ingredients. And even when we have to look further for some ingredients, we follow the same culture of sustainability.

Sure our items are free from: gluten, dairy, lactose, corn, wheat, refined sugar, trans fats, GMO. They have been made with whole cane sugar, and whole grains such as millet, teff, rice, sorghum, buckwheat, gluten free oats — but what we propose is more ambitious.
Is this a lofty goal for a bake shop? Sure. Have we perfected it? YES. You’ll see.

We’re still amazed that something as simple as a whole grain can pack so much energy and vitality.
We believe that baking and nutrition are not contradictory terms; we don’t need to choose one over the other.
