vida.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Va ser un d&#8217;aquells sabors que se&#8217;t queden per sempre.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u00c0cid.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Fresc.<\/p><p Avui ja es pot trobar en alguns mercats especialitzats i botigues online. Nosotros solemos comprarlo en Fruites i Verdures Gir\u00f3, en el Mercat de Sant Antoni. Ens encanta amb: Iogurt natural o vegetal. Granola. Porridge. Pastissos de formatge. Tartaletes. Magdalenes. Brioix. Mousse de xocolata. Torrades amb mantega o crema de fruits secs. L&#8217;equilibri entre la dol\u00e7or, l&#8217;acidesa i les notes florals la converteix en una d&#8217;aquelles preparacions que sempre agrada tenir a la nevera. Ingredients: 1 kg de ruibarbre fresc 200 g de sucre integral de canya 10 flors seques d&#8217;hibisc 1\/2 culleradeta d&#8217;extracte de vainilla (opcional) 1 culleradeta de gingebre en pols (opcional) 2 estrelles d&#8217;an\u00eds Elaboraci\u00f3: 1. Preparar el ruibarbre Renta b\u00e9 els talls i retalla aproximadament mig cent\u00edmetre dels dos extrems. Si algun \u00e9s especialment gruixut, talla&#8217;l longitudinalment. Despr\u00e9s talla&#8217;l en trossos d&#8217;uns dos cent\u00edmetres. Reserva&#8217;n aproximadament 200 g i posa la resta en una cassola de fons gruixut. 2. La primera cocci\u00f3 Afegeix-hi el sucre i les flors d&#8217;hibisc. L&#8217;hibisc aportar\u00e0 un bonic color vermell\u00f3s i unes delicades notes florals que combinen de meravella amb el car\u00e0cter lleugerament \u00e0cid del ruibarbre. Remena suaument. Tapa la cassola i cuina a foc lent durant uns 15 minuts, fins que el ruibarbre hagi deixat anar el seu suc. 3. El toc final Destapa la cassola i apuja lleugerament el foc. Afegeix ara el ruibarbre que havies reservat. Aix\u00ed aconseguir\u00e0s una compota amb diferents textures i petits trossos que conservaran millor la seva forma. Cuina uns 15 minuts m\u00e9s. Sabr\u00e0s que est\u00e0 a punt quan passis un dit pel dors d&#8217;una cullera i el solc quedi net. 4. Refredar Aboca la compota en un bol gran.
